Role Overview

This role requires an experienced Engagement Manager with 12-14 years of professional background based in Bangalore. The primary focus is to lead SAP Application Development and Maintenance projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth within the SAP domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationship management as the principal leader interfacing with stakeholders, resolving issues, and building trusted advisor partnerships at the CXO level.
• Lead full lifecycle SAP Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance (AM) deliveries, emphasizing SAP Financials and related solutions.
• Oversee project and program management aspects including scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, quality control, and communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding SAP services within existing client accounts.
• Monitor delivery performance via KPIs, offer strategic insights, drive continuous improvement, and uphold project governance standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong expertise in SAP delivery, especially in SAP AD/AM engagements focused on SAP Financials; SAP Basis experience is not relevant.
• Demonstrate solid project management knowledge aligned with PMI areas: scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, integration, and communication management.
• Exhibit proficiency in managing complex stakeholder networks, implementing change initiatives, and influencing senior business executives.
• Showcase leadership skills including team management, negotiation, relationship-building, and effective communication with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Hold PMP certification (preferred) and demonstrate strong analytical thinking coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
