IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of expertise to lead comprehensive technology initiatives within our organization. The role involves overseeing delivery of diverse technology workstreams such as digital platforms, infrastructure projects, system integrations, data platforms, cybersecurity efforts, CRM, CMS, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for multiple technology projects including digital platforms and enterprise applications.
• Develop and control project plans, defining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and vendor performance metrics.
• Collaborate successfully with business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective design, development, testing, deployment, and release cycles.
• Oversee risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), track dependencies, maintain governance reporting, and facilitate executive communications.
• Ensure all project components conform to program goals, architectural standards, security policies, and operational preparedness.
• Provide support to steering committees, monitor delivery across multiple vendors, and handle escalation and decisions to ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in IT project management with proven experience in technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in system integration, infrastructure management, application delivery, and vendor management.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, project planning, and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with risk and issue management, testing and release management, and PMO governance processes.
• Experience with change management, requirements analysis, resource planning, and cybersecurity/compliance awareness.
