Role overview
This position is based in Bamberg and is ideal for someone who wants meaningful work and can stay composed under pressure. You will help handle incoming emergency calls and service requests while making responsible decisions in time-sensitive situations.
What you will do
- Receive and process incoming emergency calls.
- Coordinate response teams and technical support services.
- Record incidents and the actions taken in response.
- Communicate with customers, public authorities, and emergency personnel.
- Monitor alarm and security systems.
Compensation
The role pays between €18 and €25 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of deployment.
