Role Overview
This position is part of the Global Wholesale Banking – Division Employee Experience team. The manager will spearhead strategies to enhance employee experience focusing on recognition, development, communication, and engagement across regional offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an employee experience framework emphasizing communication, engagement, recognition, and professional growth.
- Oversee employee recognition programs including internal and external awards, managing communication plans to highlight awardees’ contributions.
- Utilize data analysis to guide employee development initiatives, support manager coaching, and focus learning efforts effectively.
- Lead the creation of innovative internal communications strategies with compelling narratives to celebrate employee achievements.
- Develop and execute employee engagement activities for both Singapore and overseas offices.
- Manage internal communications channels including emails and video content distribution.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across locations to promote positive employee experience.
- Act as an advocate for employee engagement and well-being throughout the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about enhancing the workplace experience; comfortable speaking in both small and large group settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ease in stakeholder engagement; detail-oriented and a cooperative team player.
- Proven experience in employee communications within the financial services sector or multinational corporations.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and well-structured communication on complex topics.
- Familiarity with data analysis and dashboard creation to interpret employee surveys and internal datasets is advantageous.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or marketing.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and graphic/design software is required.
