Role Overview

We are seeking a Dispatch Support Administrator to assist with daily delivery coordination and dispatch management in a busy transport environment. This temporary onsite role requires someone ready to start immediately and contribute to smooth operational workflows.

Key Duties

Assist dispatchers in organizing daily delivery schedules
Update and process dispatch-related information accurately
Prepare and manage all relevant dispatch documentation
Perform data entry and keep systems current
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Carry out general administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Profile

Proficient with computers and quick to adapt to new software systems
Meticulous with a strong focus on detail and organization
Able to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Effective communicator both written and oral
Experience or familiarity with transport or logistics is a plus but not mandatory

Working Hours and Employment Details

Shift timing: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Temporary contract expected to last between 3 to 6 months
Must be willing to work on weekends when required
Immediate commencement is available
