Director of Operations

Position Overview

This role is for a seasoned operations leader to guide a multi-unit quick-service restaurant business in the Metro Jacksonville area. The organization is expanding and is looking for someone who can lead with energy, strengthen teams, and drive consistent performance across people, sales, profit, and community connection.

The position will oversee roughly 20 to 30 burger-focused fast food restaurants through a management layer of 3 to 5 District Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, support, and lead a team of 3 to 5 District Managers.
• Provide high-level direction for approximately 20 to 30 restaurant locations.
• Strengthen execution and operational consistency through accountability and hands-on coaching.
• Improve store results across people development, retention, sales, profitability, guest experience, and operating standards.
• Foster strong ties with the local communities served by the restaurants.
• Help build a workplace culture centered on engagement, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
