Position Overview

This role is for a seasoned operations leader to guide a multi-unit quick-service restaurant business in the Metro Jacksonville area. The organization is expanding and is looking for someone who can lead with energy, strengthen teams, and drive consistent performance across people, sales, profit, and community connection.

The position will oversee roughly 20 to 30 burger-focused fast food restaurants through a management layer of 3 to 5 District Managers.
