Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and proactive individuals for the Health Agency vertical in Siwan (Bihar), aiming to enhance sales through recruitment and management of insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of insurance agents and advisors.
- Drive sales performance via the agency channel to meet targets.
- Encourage and motivate the team to achieve set goals.
- Organize regular meetings and conduct performance evaluations.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably within insurance or marketing.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
