Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and proactive individuals for the Health Agency vertical in Siwan (Bihar), aiming to enhance sales through recruitment and management of insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of insurance agents and advisors.
• Drive sales performance via the agency channel to meet targets.
• Encourage and motivate the team to achieve set goals.
• Organize regular meetings and conduct performance evaluations.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably within insurance or marketing.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
