  • Track market movements and gather current information on design trends and developments, using that insight effectively in the work.
  • Support the team in keeping projects aligned with the PUMA development calendar.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing apparel for one or more leading footwear, lifestyle, or sports brands.
  • Strong understanding of sports performance apparel, fabrics, and emerging industry technologies.
  • Well-developed eye for color, materials, and trends.
  • Advanced CAD ability using Adobe tools, plus working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint; 3D software knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • A portfolio must be submitted with the application.
