  • Organise international touring timelines so they align with release schedules.

Artist Representation

  • Represent management on-site for promotional appearances, photo and video productions, live performances, and other important commitments.
  • Support artists throughout promotional activity so they are prepared and schedules stay on track.

Creative Development and Production

  • Contribute to creative projects from the idea stage through to final delivery, including photoshoots, video shoots, artwork, and visual assets.
  • Work directly with artists to help develop creative concepts and briefs.
  • Prepare budgets and handle production coordination and logistics.
  • Identify, source, and schedule photographers, directors, stylists, designers, and other creative collaborators.

Digital and Social Media

  • Support artists in keeping social platforms active, consistent, and well maintained.
  • Implement digital marketing activity in partnership with artists, shaping audience-focused content and channel-specific plans.

Scheduling, Logistics, and Administration

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including writing sessions, promotional commitments, travel planning, and visa processing.
  • Coordinate overseas promotional trips and accompany artists to important activities when needed.
  • Arrange travel and build detailed itineraries for artists and the wider team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and international logistics to keep everything running smoothly.

Styling, Grooming, and Wardrobe

  • Organise grooming and styling teams for shoots, promotions, events, and touring.
  • Attend fittings and oversee artists’ daily wardrobes and event outfits.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stylists, designers, and glam teams.

Touring Support

  • Partner with Tour Managers to create live budgets for approval.
  • Arrange tour insurance when needed.
  • Work with merchandisers and the creative team to support merchandise solutions for live activity.

Rights, Royalties, and Accounting

  • Make sure PRS, PPL, publishing, neighbouring rights, and regional equivalent details are correctly registered.
  • Assist with basic accounting, invoicing, and budget tracking.

Person Specification

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of supporting globally recognised artists.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital audience behaviour, current industry trends, and performing rights organisations.
  • Highly self-driven, capable of working independently with strong personal accountability, while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Skilled at building relationships and maintaining strong connections with key industry partners.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the confidence to represent artists and management professionally and tactfully.
