Overview
U–nation is looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and creatively minded Day-to-Day Artist Manager to support its artist roster across worldwide release campaigns, touring, content production, and everyday operations. The position plays a key role in delivering first-class support to artists and calls for strong communication, creative awareness, and close attention to detail.
Release Campaigns and Marketing
- Help plan and roll out international release campaigns, covering digital promotion, social media strategy, press activity, and wider promotional launches.
- Support the delivery of marketing plans across several territories while coordinating with internal teams and outside partners.
- Organise international touring timelines so they align with release schedules.
Artist Representation
- Represent management on-site for promotional appearances, photo and video productions, live performances, and other important commitments.
- Support artists throughout promotional activity so they are prepared and schedules stay on track.
Creative Development and Production
- Contribute to creative projects from the idea stage through to final delivery, including photoshoots, video shoots, artwork, and visual assets.
- Work directly with artists to help develop creative concepts and briefs.
- Prepare budgets and handle production coordination and logistics.
- Identify, source, and schedule photographers, directors, stylists, designers, and other creative collaborators.
Digital and Social Media
- Support artists in keeping social platforms active, consistent, and well maintained.
- Implement digital marketing activity in partnership with artists, shaping audience-focused content and channel-specific plans.
Scheduling, Logistics, and Administration
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including writing sessions, promotional commitments, travel planning, and visa processing.
- Coordinate overseas promotional trips and accompany artists to important activities when needed.
- Arrange travel and build detailed itineraries for artists and the wider team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and international logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Styling, Grooming, and Wardrobe
- Organise grooming and styling teams for shoots, promotions, events, and touring.
- Attend fittings and oversee artists’ daily wardrobes and event outfits.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stylists, designers, and glam teams.
Touring Support
- Partner with Tour Managers to create live budgets for approval.
- Arrange tour insurance when needed.
- Work with merchandisers and the creative team to support merchandise solutions for live activity.
Rights, Royalties, and Accounting
- Make sure PRS, PPL, publishing, neighbouring rights, and regional equivalent details are correctly registered.
- Assist with basic accounting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Person Specification
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of supporting globally recognised artists.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital audience behaviour, current industry trends, and performing rights organisations.
- Highly self-driven, capable of working independently with strong personal accountability, while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Skilled at building relationships and maintaining strong connections with key industry partners.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the confidence to represent artists and management professionally and tactfully.
