Overview
Teleperformance is hiring for a customer support role in a voice process for an international banking client. This opening is for candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable handling customer queries over calls and emails.
Role Summary
The position involves addressing banking-related customer questions and providing accurate support through voice and mail communication. This is a non-sales role with no target pressure.

Work Schedule and Benefits
The role follows a rotational shift pattern. Employees will work 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs. Cab facility is provided.

This is a customer support opening with no sales responsibility and no target-based work. The salary offered is 4 LPA, which corresponds to an annual package in the range of INR 300000 to 400000.
