About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join Foundever (formerly Sitel India Private Limited) at our Gurugram center. This opportunity suits enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for solving customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through chat processes.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer problems.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Alternatively, candidates with at least one year of experience in Customer Support or Helpdesk roles are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Ability to stay calm and communicate clearly in high-pressure scenarios.
Compensation and Work Details
- Salary for freshers up to 19000 INR monthly take-home.
- Experienced candidates can earn up to 21000 INR monthly take-home.
- Performance incentives are offered up to 2000 INR.
- Work location: Foundever CRM India Private Limited, 12th Floor, DLF Tower A3, World Tech Park, Block A, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.
- Working hours follow a US shift schedule.
- Work is from office premises only.
