About the Role
Wiselife Wellness India is seeking a confident and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The role involves reaching out proactively to customers who have abandoned shopping carts to assist them in finalizing purchases while managing inbound inquiries through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers who have not completed their purchases to investigate concerns and encourage order completion.
- Respond to incoming customer questions through phone, email, live chat, and ticket systems.
- Address and resolve issues related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product queries.
- Perform follow-ups to guarantee timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep precise logs of customer communications and update CRM and support platforms accordingly.
- Refer complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
- Achieve daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and ticket resolutions.
- Identify frequent customer issues and relay feedback to improve offerings and service quality.
- Maintain a professional and positive mindset, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all engagements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English abilities.
- Strong, confident phone communication skills paired with professionalism.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer support, telesales, or customer success roles.
- Skilled at managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating with performance metrics and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
