About the Role
Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic young professionals to join as Customer Support Executives in the Banking domain, specifically handling processes for State Bank of India. The position is based at Hebbal, Bangalore, operating in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance and support related to banking services.
- Communicate effectively in English and local languages including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain consistent and timely attendance adhering to the 6-day work week.
Requirements
- Candidates having completed 12th standard or graduates are eligible to apply.
- Fluency in English communication is essential.
- Preference for immediate joiners available for face-to-face interviews.

- This is an office-based role, with no remote work options.
- Work schedule involves 6 working days and 1 rotational day off weekly.
