About the Role
A well-regarded beauty clinic in Jeddah is looking for a receptionist to support front-desk operations and provide a smooth, welcoming experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive clients warmly and keep appointment schedules organized.
- Answer incoming phone calls and address client questions promptly.
- Maintain the booking calendar and follow up with clients as needed.
- Work closely with medical and administrative teams to keep daily operations coordinated.
- Ensure every visitor receives a polished, professional, and high-standard service experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in reception work, ideally within a clinic or medical center setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a neat and professional presentation.
- Comfort using computers and appointment management systems.
- Ability to stay effective and composed in a busy or high-pressure environment.
- English fluency is an advantage.
