About the Role
Trigent Software is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an international voice process based in Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats dealing with customer interactions, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded in the designated system. Candidates will work as individual contributors within a team environment, focusing on a specific scope of work.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound communications including calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented properly in the required tools.
- Collaborate as an individual contributor as part of a team with defined work responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience in international voice processes are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Candidates of any experience level interested in international voice processes and with excellent English communication can apply.
Additional Details
- Work location is Mumbai, with both-way cab facility provided.
- This role requires working from the office during night shifts.
