Division
Land Titles Division
Job Purpose
Assist clients conducting transactions with the Agency by providing necessary support and offer relevant information about the Agency's products and services to customers and the public.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Possess a Certificate in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Communication, or a related discipline
- Have passed five (5) CXC/GCE O’Level subjects including English Language and a mathematics-related subject
- Hold at least two (2) years of experience in a relevant job environment
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Agency's products and services
- Exhibit solid knowledge of Land Valuation Roll, Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.), and Conveyancing
Salary Range
The annual salary ranges from $1,711,060 to $2,301,185.
