About the Role
Digitide Solutions Limited is recruiting for the position of Customer Service Executive specializing in cross-sales for IDFC Bank. The role is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, and involves making outbound sales calls to promote various banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to cross-sell banking products and services.
- Promote credit cards, loans, and other financial services offered by the bank.
- Meet assigned sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have completed HSC or hold a graduate degree.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Must possess good communication skills.
Compensation and Work Hours
- Freshers can expect an in-hand salary ranging from 15,000 to 17,000 INR, along with performance incentives.
- Experienced candidates may earn up to 25,000 INR plus incentives.
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Sundays off.
Selection Process
- Initial HR interview round.
- Face-to-face client interview.
- Aptitude test as part of the evaluation.
