Arabic Speaking Executive - Cargo Service

About the Role

Apt Resources is looking for a committed Arabic Speaking Executive to join our client’s air cargo customer service team in Abu Dhabi. This position demands managing customer interactions, aiding cargo operations, and ensuring effective collaboration between clients, internal departments, and airline partners. Previous experience in a customer service or logistics setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding air cargo services.
• Provide precise updates related to shipment status, bookings, schedules, and required paperwork.
• Liaise with operations, airline partners, and logistics departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications within internal systems.
• Comply with operational protocols and maintain service quality standards.
• Support shift-related operational duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Between 1 to 3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Background in air cargo, airlines, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic, shift-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cargo/airline IT systems or CRM tools preferred.
• Well-developed organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused approach with professional demeanor.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of AED 5000.
