Role Overview
An urgent opening is available for a Customer Relationship Executive in an international BPO environment at Mohali. The position involves handling both voice and non-voice processes and is suited to candidates interested in customer interaction and support operations.
Key Work Areas
- Manage customer conversations across voice and non-voice channels.
- Support customers by resolving queries and addressing concerns.
- Deliver customer service with a professional and helpful approach.
- Work on international BPO processes as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have strong communication skills and practical computer knowledge. Minimum qualification required is 12th pass, while graduates and postgraduates are also eligible. The role is open to candidates with relevant customer support aptitude, including freshers.
Compensation and Training
The salary range offered is INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year. Pay is applicable during the training period as well.
