About the Role
Join a prominent retail media and advertising firm as an experienced Creative Strategist. This position focuses on designing innovative marketing approaches for nationally renowned brands, integrating deep consumer insights with compelling storytelling and creative problem-solving to execute impactful omnichannel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft omnichannel marketing and creative strategies across various advertiser categories.
- Collaborate extensively with teams in creative, marketing, product, sales, and strategy to operationalize strategic concepts.
- Convert insights, analytics, and business goals into engaging narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Drive the creation of pioneering advertising solutions to enhance brand engagement and foster business growth.
- Juggle multiple priorities and strategic projects effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Participate actively in strategic planning and thought leadership to advance client success.
Qualifications and Experience
- More than a decade of professional experience in marketing, creative strategy, advertising, digital media, retail media, or related domains.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating strategic marketing advice aligned with organizational objectives.
- Excellent storytelling capabilities coupled with strong presentation and business writing skills.
- Experience collaborating with brands, agencies, media companies, technology platform providers, or retail corporations.
- Robust communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Adaptability to ambiguous situations while balancing strategic insight with tactical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in retail media, omnichannel marketing, or commerce-oriented advertising.
- Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership and key client stakeholders.
- Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, or digital transformation efforts.
