About Sunday Swagger
Sunday Swagger is a brand known for its energetic style and personality, focused on creating compelling polos that stand out. We are seeking a Creative Lead, Video & Content to spearhead the ideation, production, and execution of dynamic video materials across various marketing channels including organic social media, paid advertising, product rollouts, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee video production from initial concept development through to final output delivery.
- Capture and produce high-quality video content suitable for social media platforms, advertising campaigns, product launches, events, and brand promotions.
- Edit videos across multiple formats such as short-form social media clips, paid media advertisements, YouTube content, and website assets.
- Maintain exemplary production standards regarding lighting, composition, audio quality, pacing, and storytelling impact.
- Manage video equipment, streamline workflows, organize assets, and supervise post-production processes.
- Provide creative campaign ideas and contribute to storytelling strategies that reinforce brand messaging and business goals.
- Monitor emerging content trends and customize them innovatively to fit the brand’s voice.
- Generate content adaptable for both organic reach and paid media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and test new content approaches.
- Transform successful organic content into paid media opportunities using performance insights.
- Partner with the Brand Manager and Social Media Manager to organize seasonal campaigns, product launches, social content calendars, and campaign implementation.
- Support photography sessions, content capture, and production planning as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography, content production, creative marketing, or related areas.
- Proven experience producing content for lifestyle, sports, apparel, or consumer brands is preferred.
- A robust portfolio showcasing skills in storytelling, video editing, and creative leadership.
- Proficiency in creating content tailored to social media and digital marketing environments.
- Understanding of content performance metrics and audience engagement strategies.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge in operating professional camera equipment and video production tools.
- Expertise in video editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable programs.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Good grasp of social media content formats and best practices for different platforms.
- Experience using project management and team collaboration technologies.
- Additional skills like drone operation and photography are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
