Corporate Recruiter - Accounting & Audit

About the Role

We are seeking two skilled recruiters specializing in Accounting & Audit to support a high-volume recruitment effort for a minimum six-month contract. This remote position involves handling end-to-end recruitment for accounting and audit roles across various business units. Ideal candidates will have previous experience sourcing and hiring Accounting & Finance professionals either in a staffing agency or an internal recruiting team, and be adept at managing hiring processes in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of Accounting and Audit candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously while ensuring strong candidate engagement.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing tools to find qualified talent.
• Arrange interviews and manage the offer process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Prior experience recruiting professionals in Accounting, Finance, or Audit fields.
• Background in agency staffing or corporate talent acquisition.
• Proficient in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and current applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week without overtime.
