Corporate Enablement Manager

About the Role

The Corporate Enablement Manager will spearhead initiatives to prepare the organization for new projects and strategic endeavors, ensuring readiness before launch. This role demands managing and synchronizing operational, technical, administrative, and organizational needs across teams. A key focus lies on improving internal systems, streamlining processes through automation, and advancing digital transformation efforts to boost operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration, directly supporting the company's strategic targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all preparatory steps for projects prior to their execution or official start.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and gather internal requirements needed to initiate projects.
• Design and oversee readiness plans covering operational, technical, administrative, and human resources aspects.
• Confirm completion of all prerequisites before projects are handed over for execution and operational phases.
• Supervise technical needs related to company operations and projects, liaising with technology providers and software developers.
• Track development and rollout of internal systems, platforms, and digital tools utilized by the company.
• Drive improvements and automation in internal processes to optimize system utilization.
• Assist in developing and refining HR modules within the ERP system aligned with company processes.
• Work towards automating HR procedures to minimize manual efforts and traditional paperwork.
• Ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other corporate systems to promote efficient data flow and remove duplicate entries.
• Assess and propose modern tech solutions enhancing employee experience and HR operational efficiency.
• Support digital transformation projects within HR, maintaining alignment with the overall technology strategy.
• Analyze current workflows to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Recommend technology-driven or organizational improvements to increase operational productivity and cut down repetitive manual tasks.
• Assist in implementing internal digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports detailing project statuses, initiative progress, and readiness evaluations.
• Provide assistance and support to the Chief Operating Officer as needed.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the position as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Preferred professional certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, or ERP-related credentials.
• At least five years of professional experience in project management, corporate enablement, business process improvement, or digital transformation areas.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and corporate project initiatives is essential.
• Experience with digital transformation of HR processes is an advantage.
