Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and patient-centric Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and exceptional experiences for doctors and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow from registration to consultation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure uninterrupted clinic services during operating hours.
  • Liaise with consulting doctors regarding schedules, promptly address operational issues, and provide strong administrative support to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, professionally manage patient queries and complaints, and monitor patient wait times to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Supervise receptionists, housekeeping, and support staff; prepare duty rosters; conduct SOP and customer service training; and ensure staff discipline and punctuality.
