Role Overview

This is a permanent part-time position based onsite at the Melbourne campus. The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, customer-facing role that acts as the initial contact for students, staff, and clinic clients. Key Duties

  • Act as the main contact for student questions, responding promptly through phone, email, ticketing tools, and face-to-face interactions while keeping records accurate and following up where needed.
