Overview
We are seeking a Chief People Officer to join the executive leadership team of a rapidly expanding technology, AI, and semiconductor group generating $800 million USD in global revenue. This individual will lead strategic HR initiatives, drive cultural transformation, and optimize operational efficiency across a diverse multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that fosters high employee engagement aligned with business objectives.
- Lead HR operations across the Americas, providing expert guidance on all HR functions.
- Collaborate with executive management to integrate people, resources, and logistics considerations into company plans.
- Design and execute short- and long-term organizational programs to enhance effectiveness, professional growth, and employee performance.
- Continuously evaluate the competitiveness and fairness of HR programs globally against industry and regional benchmarks.
- Forecast long-term human resource needs in partnership with business leaders.
- Build and inspire a results-driven HR team to meet organizational goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to coach managers in fostering a company culture aligned with core values.
- Act as corporate advisor on cross-department policies and communications globally.
- Monitor key performance indicators and ROI to proactively identify and address workforce trends and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of strategic HR experience, including at least 5 years leading HR strategy in technology, automation, and manufacturing sectors.
- 7-10 years of senior global HR leadership, with board experience considered an advantage.
- Proven capability in building and sustaining high-functioning HR teams.
- Strong planner able to conceptualize and implement global HR strategies.
- Experience driving transformational change and achieving targeted business outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
- Hands-on expertise across all HR functional domains.
- Successful track record in talent acquisition, development, coaching, evaluation, and retention.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, enforce accountability, and nurture employee skill development.
- Business savvy combined with creative problem-solving and decisive action.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
- Strong process orientation and project management aptitude, comfortable delegating and managing ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
