Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will assume comprehensive commercial and operational leadership responsibilities, steering the company’s creative vision towards consistent and targeted growth. This position demands harmonizing the preservation of brand identity with strategic expansion across retail, direct-to-consumer platforms, and global markets, while safeguarding the brand's heritage and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
The CEO is expected to establish robust operational and financial frameworks, convert initial momentum into a scalable growth model, and represent the brand externally to partners, media, and the luxury sector.
Candidate Profile
- Over 15 years of experience within the luxury, beauty, and fragrance industry, demonstrating progressive leadership roles.
- Deep strategic insight into trends within luxury beauty and fragrance sectors.
- Proven expertise in driving international growth and scaling global brand presence.
- Experience in identifying and cultivating complementary brand extensions aligned with brand strategy.
- Essential prior experience managing P&L in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments.
