Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will assume comprehensive commercial and operational leadership responsibilities, steering the company’s creative vision towards consistent and targeted growth. Candidate Profile
- Over 15 years of experience within the luxury, beauty, and fragrance industry, demonstrating progressive leadership roles.
- Deep strategic insight into trends within luxury beauty and fragrance sectors.
- Proven expertise in driving international growth and scaling global brand presence.
- Experience in identifying and cultivating complementary brand extensions aligned with brand strategy.
- Essential prior experience managing P&L in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments.
