Overview
We are seeking seasoned managers and senior leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset to take on responsibility and shape their own success story. You can work from anywhere across the DACH region and operate remotely from home.
Role opportunity

Key responsibilities
- Lead independently by taking charge of an existing location or establishing a new one.

- Shape the strategic direction of the location and implement the company strategy in practice.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings proven leadership success, strong business acumen, and the drive to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential, along with flexibility and a willingness to keep developing in response to new challenges.
Applicants must be willing to make an investment and should have fluent, negotiation-level German.
