Role Overview

As AIROS embarks on its next growth phase, we are searching for a visionary and operationally driven Chief Executive Officer. This leader will be charged with accelerating revenue, expanding market presence, enhancing service delivery, and establishing AIROS as the top managed services partner for healthcare organizations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement long-term growth strategies for the company.
• Recognize and pursue new market prospects and expansion initiatives.
• Drive revenue enhancement, profitability, and overall enterprise value.
• Cultivate a culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and customer success.
• Act as the chief spokesperson representing customers, partners, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• Lead digital transformation efforts emphasizing emerging technologies.
• Champion AI-driven advancements to enhance service desk automation, cybersecurity operations, workflow efficiency, sales capabilities, customer experience, operational productivity, and cost savings.
• Assess and adopt technologies that improve business scalability and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years in executive leadership roles.
• Proven record of success in growing MSPs, cybersecurity, cloud service providers, or technology services firms.
• Demonstrated ability to increase recurring revenues and improve customer retention.
• Experience scaling service delivery organizations.
• Complete P&L accountability with a focus on revenue, profit, and EBITDA enhancement.
• Leadership experience overseeing diverse teams spanning sales, operations, finance, technology, and customer success.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Successfully scaled managed services or cybersecurity-focused companies.
• Experience working within private equity-backed or high-growth stage enterprises.
• Led organizational change and modernization efforts.
• Implemented AI-centered business solutions effectively.
• Oversaw acquisitions or geographic market expansions.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants include current CEOs or senior executives such as Presidents, COOs, General Managers, Division Presidents, and Business Unit Leaders ready to advance to a CEO role. The candidate will have a track record of business growth beyond technology management, encompassing full P&L ownership, increasing recurring revenue, margin improvements, and team development.
