About the Role
Five Splash Infotech Pvt. Ltd is recruiting for the position of Customer Service Executive specializing in chat, email, and calling support for their client Mosaic Wellness. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Job Details
- Salary: Up to 20,000 INR per month (in-hand)
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM, each shift lasting 9 hours
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) education
- At least 6 months of prior experience in BPO chat and email customer service is mandatory
- Willingness and ability to handle calling duties comprising approximately 50% of the workload
- Strong command over English communication in both written and spoken forms
- Must have achieved a minimum Versant English proficiency score of Level 4
Selection Process
- Initial HR interview round
- Operations team interview
- Client final round of evaluation
