About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region at Fuel Professional Consulting. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business avenues, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and enhancing the company's footprint within the engineering and consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts adhering to company policies and standards.
- Track market trends and participate actively in the formulation of sales and growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and generate reports.
- Represent the firm at relevant industry events and meetings to build network and brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in business development encompassing lead generation, acquiring clients, and managing relationships.
- Experience with sales planning, managing pipelines, and drafting commercial proposals, especially in engineering or consulting services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills capable of engaging various stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Background knowledge in engineering consulting or similar technical domains to understand and align project requirements with company capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, productivity software, and data analysis for tracking business opportunities and performance.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are added assets.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or professional services sectors.
- Capability to operate on-site in the Riyadh Region, handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
