Role Overview

This position is for a Business Development Manager in broking at Ongole. The role focuses on strengthening partner relationships, driving business growth, and supporting sales activities across insurance and related wealth products.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to address customer and client concerns and close issues efficiently.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass the monthly business targets assigned by the company.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business through cross-selling, upselling, and mutual fund opportunities.
  • Service existing partnerships and act as a support point for partner-related activities.
  • Train partner employees and help them understand products and processes.
