The Business Development Associate will focus on consultative selling within the premium gemstone and sacred product sector under Divinelane, a House of EdTech vertical. This role entails engaging with warm inbound leads primarily via telephone, helping clients make informed, high-value purchase decisions through trustworthy and genuine communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gemstones or sacred accessories
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and explain product authenticity, value, and pricing
  • Keep detailed CRM records and conduct timely follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support
