Overview
Danta Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst focused on SQL and HR analytics for an onsite assignment in Austin, TX or San Jose, CA. The role centers on data understanding, testing, and support for conversational AI-related work within an HR data environment.
Employment eligibility

Role focus
The selected candidate should have practical HR domain or process experience and a solid grasp of how data moves between systems and how tables relate to one another. Deep tool expertise is not required, and prior data migration experience is optional.
Key responsibilities
The work will mainly involve testing, preparing metadata and semantic context documentation, and evaluating user journeys in conversational AI applications. The role also requires comfort working with enterprise data and supporting AI/ML-related activities such as agent training or test case creation.
Required background
Candidates should be able to write basic SQL and handle joins confidently. Experience with HR data analytics or HR applications is a strong fit. Familiarity with AI agents, conversational AI, or related AI/ML work is important, along with good communication skills.
