Overview
This position is with a prominent life insurance company based in Mumbai, focused on enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their grievances and ensuring smooth resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and turnaround times (TATs) to identify underlying issues.
- Collaborate extensively with vendors and various internal teams to drive resolution and maintain service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold at least a graduate degree.
Compensation and Other Details
The annual salary ranges from 400000 to 600000 INR.
