Role Background
To stay competitive, Unilever is advancing towards becoming a data-smart enterprise powered by data, insights, analytics, and AI. The Global Digital & Technology team leads this transformation, aiming at data democratization within an agile organization that fosters impactful work and excellent careers.
This role involves assuring the impact and relevance of analytics solutions while maximizing customer and consumer value. It requires close collaboration with global product, technical teams, business units, and cross-functional partners to deliver successful projects.
Role Summary
We seek a skilled engineer to manage dependable deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our multi-agent media tool. The position emphasizes infrastructure management, automation, and enhancing system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines for deploying agents and models.
- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes and oversee cloud and on-premise environments.
- Implement systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting agent workflows.
- Enhance system performance and efficiently allocate resources.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and data governance standards.
- Work jointly with engineers and data scientists to streamline model deployment and retraining processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in DevOps and MLOps methodologies.
- Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI through projects or deployments, with enthusiasm to further master multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP and Kubernetes.
- Experience using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
- Competence in scripting languages including Python and Bash.
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to agentic frameworks or AI deployment pipelines.
- Experience working in media or content-focused settings.
- Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
