This position is for an Area Manager responsible for steering sales performance and team execution across the assigned region. The role centers on achieving monthly and annual targets, strengthening market relationships, and ensuring smooth field operations while aligning with company strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Share market inputs on trends, competitor actions, and promotional activity to aid business decisions.
  • Resolve team-level issues quickly and, when needed, escalate unresolved matters to the line manager and head office to avoid delays.
