The Application Engineer for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) will coordinate and oversee the concrete pouring activities at project sites to ensure smooth execution. The RMC sector is highly competitive and fragmented, requiring excellence in service delivery and product quality to maintain profitability. Rapid infrastructure growth offers opportunities for new commercial and dedicated plants. Efficient plant utilization and cost-effectiveness are critical, so employees must perform diligently in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers during project execution to gather feedback and address onsite issues related to pumping, pouring, and labor management; escalate problems that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Ensure all site infrastructure and safety guidelines are thoroughly checked prior to concrete pouring; report any deviations promptly.
• Conduct slump tests, prepare concrete cubes, ensure proper curing of concrete, and coordinate with the Plant Quality Control Officer if issues arise.
• Monitor and track any variations between initial requirements and actual site execution in terms of quality and manpower deployment.
