About the Role and Company
ADP is seeking an Analyst - Service Delivery passionate about driving client success through follow-through and innovative problem-solving. As an Analyst in Service Delivery, your focus will be facilitating clients in becoming more effective employers by analyzing their needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. ADP proudly maintains high client satisfaction, with many recommending our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently review and process payroll transactions for clients within agreed service level agreements.
- Handle timely payroll cycles, including month-end close, statutory reporting, and year-end functions.
- Validate client data such as investment declarations, Form 16s, and tax returns.
- Ensure payroll services comply with client requirements and statutory regulations.
- Maintain compliance with ADP's quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Follow the maker-checker process, where all your work is verified by a designated team member.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in commerce or arts disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of statutory components including Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, and Income Tax.
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to learn payroll software efficiently.
