Role Overview
The position is within Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team, a unit focused on executing scalable and high-quality campaigns for partners through B2B2C channels. The team collaborates with Commercial, Product, Data, and Marketing units to ensure effective campaign delivery, performance measurement, and data-driven recommendations that enhance value for Agoda and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize marketing campaigns by experimenting with advertisements, campaign structures, and bidding/pricing approaches across platforms including Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, and Trivago.
- Analyze large sets of experimental data and develop predictive models using data science methods to measure campaign impacts, such as gauging TV campaigns on bookings or pricing elasticity.
- Create dashboards for performance monitoring, extracting insights, identifying growth opportunities, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative disciplines such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or science from a reputable university.
- At least two years of data analysis experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles within fast-growing global tech firms.
- Proficiency in one or more data analytics tools or programming languages such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong decision-making skills driven by data, with the ability to move rapidly and efficiently.
- A proactive mindset focused on ownership, impact, and influencing results.
- Excellent organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce environments.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and related performance evaluation metrics.
- Effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Team-oriented skills that encourage collaboration and positivity.
