Job description
About the Role
This position sits within a B2B digital marketing function focused on creating scalable, high-quality campaigns for partners across B2B2C channels. The team partners with commercial, product, data, and regional marketing groups to execute campaigns efficiently, measure outcomes clearly, and turn performance data into practical recommendations that support both partner value and Agoda’s growth.
The role may be placed across several marketing channels, and the day-to-day focus can differ based on the channel. Examples of the work include testing and improving campaign performance, analyzing large data sets and building predictive models, and creating reporting dashboards that surface insights and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Run experiments to improve campaign structures, bidding, and pricing approaches across partners and search platforms.
- Adapt campaigns as new product features are introduced and scale successful test learnings into broader use.
- Work with large data sets to identify trends, model outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop predictive analyses using data science methods where relevant, including work tied to bookings impact and pricing elasticity.
- Coordinate with product teams on how analytical findings should be translated into implementation plans.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to monitor results, highlight growth levers, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative discipline from a strong university, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or science.
- At least 2 years of experience handling and analyzing data in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles within a fast-growing global technology company.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Hands-on experience with one or more analysis tools or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work quickly, stay efficient, and base decisions on evidence rather than instinct.
- Strong ownership mindset with a desire to create impact and influence results.
- Solid organizational ability, close attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently.
Good to Have
- Background in digital marketing or ecommerce.
- Exposure to A/B testing and related experimentation metrics.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Team-oriented collaboration skills.
