About the Role
AirDesk Solutions Private Limited is looking for motivated candidates, including freshers and professionals with prior experience, for a sales and customer support role focused on airline ticketing. The position combines customer interaction, sales follow-up, and promotional work to help grow business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take both incoming and outgoing calls related to flight reservations and ticketing.
- Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Respond to customer questions and requests over phone and email.
- Keep the CRM system updated and prepare sales-related reports.
- Support marketing efforts and contribute to business growth through customer engagement.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
- Familiarity with airline booking portals.
- Experience with booking systems for train, bus, and airline travel is an advantage.
- A clear speaking voice and professional conduct are expected.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure.
