Role Responsibilities

• Accelerate AI adoption by educating and motivating users to seamlessly apply AI tools in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with consultants, project leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure successful AI-driven business results.
• Create, update, and maintain engaging AI training content tailored to various business roles and technical skill levels.
• Conduct AI training sessions via virtual platforms and in-person; including workshops, group sessions, and individual coaching.
• Effectively communicate AI concepts with confidence to a wide range of audiences, including senior executives and frontline staff.
• Customize training approaches based on industry, role requirements, organizational AI maturity, and adoption objectives.
• Lead interactive sessions with hands-on labs and demonstrations to facilitate practical AI tool application in business scenarios.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and account management teams to align training initiatives with broader AI adoption strategies.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to refine content, training structure, and delivery methods continually.
• Support onsite training engagements, including travel to client locations, conferences, and workshops.
• Stay informed on the latest AI capabilities, applications, risks, and best practices relevant to business users.
• Represent Mobile Mentor professionally in all customer-facing training and enablement engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, consulting, or digital transformation sectors.
• Experience in delivering presentations, workshops, training, coaching, or customer enablement through professional, academic, volunteer, or internship roles.
• Proven skills in developing presentations, training materials, educational content, or business communications.
• Strong verbal communication and public speaking capabilities, confident in leading live training events.
• Experience providing training both virtually and face-to-face environments.
• Willingness to travel and conduct onsite training sessions as required.
• Aptitude to simplify complex or technical AI concepts into accessible learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to engage and respond effectively to live audiences.
• Highly organized and capable of managing workloads in a fast-paced, delivery-driven setting.
• Proficient in using presentation and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in delivering AI, automation, data, or modern workplace training targeted at business users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, or comparable productivity AI tools.
• Experience designing training programs based on specific roles or personas.
• Involvement in programs related to AI, technology, consulting, entrepreneurship, or innovation.
• Experience supporting training for executives or leadership teams.
• Formal instructional design experience or certification.
• Industry experience with enterprise or mid-sized clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, generative AI, or AI-enhanced productivity processes.
• Interest in progressing toward advanced AI enablement, consulting, or adoption positions.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is United States Dollars 60,000 to 80,000.
