This position focuses on managing order flow with a strong emphasis on accuracy, scheduling, and customer-specific requirements. The role supports smooth coordination between order intake, production planning, inventory, quality checks, and delivery, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and keeping order handling efficient.
Job context
- Maintain high order accuracy and ensure every order is handled according to the customer’s specifications.
- Support timely order processing along with production scheduling so deliveries stay on track.
- Help drive customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth order handling and delivery performance.
- Keep inventory records accurate as they relate to order execution.
- Monitor order cycle time, meaning the duration from receiving an order to delivering the finished product.
- Track quality control outcomes, including defect levels and inspection results for completed orders.
Key result areas
- Use solid technical understanding of window products, materials, and manufacturing workflows.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications correctly.
- Work confidently with ERP platforms, Microsoft Office, and related software for data handling and reporting.
