Role Overview

Da Afghanistan Bank is seeking an Academic Officer and CBE Administrator for its AIBF department at Grade D. This contract role supports academic capacity-building initiatives and manages the administration of computer-based examinations and related partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Academic Manager in launching short-, medium-, and long-term capacity-building programs.
  • Handle student registration, re-registration, and annual ACCA subscription processing.
  • Arrange session-based exam bookings and support remotely invigilated examinations.
  • Organize and deliver demand-driven Computer Based Exams (CBEs).
  • Keep the CBE database and partner nomination records current.
  • Send ACCA student attendance reports to CPA.
  • Manage communication with ACCA, Pearson VUE, and other relevant partners.
  • Install and update exam software used by ACCA, Pearson VUE, and related partners.
  • Register students for all approved examinations.
  • Process product orders through the Windows-based online computer network system.
  • Supervise technicians responsible for equipment setup, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate proctor and student appointments using customized software.
  • Ensure strict compliance with testing procedures and applicable policies.
  • Verify candidate identity during check-in and explain the examination process.
  • Proctor and monitor candidates throughout testing.
