About the internship
This internship focuses on influencer-led social media marketing. You will help discover suitable creators, reach out to them, coordinate collaborations, and support campaign execution and reporting across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
Key responsibilities
- Find, evaluate, and shortlist influencers and content creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Contact creators through direct messages, email, and other channels to open collaboration discussions.
- Develop strong working relationships with creators to support clear communication and long-term partnerships.
- Discuss and finalize collaboration scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation in a way that works for both sides.
- Support influencer campaign coordination from planning and creator onboarding through execution and performance tracking.
- Track campaign progress and make sure creators submit deliverables on time.
- Keep influencer databases, trackers, and campaign records current for reliable reporting.
- Study social media trends, upcoming creators, and industry changes to surface fresh partnership opportunities.
- Work with internal teams so influencer campaigns stay aligned with marketing goals and brand needs.
- Help review campaign performance and prepare summaries on creator engagement and outcomes.
